V Solutions Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “V Solutions”) provides custom consulting and project-based services in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), digital marketing, cloud solutions, DevOps, cybersecurity, application development, website development, and related areas (“Services”).
Our engagements are typically project-specific, milestone-based, or proposal-driven, involving deposits, staged payments, or full upfront payments as outlined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, contract, or invoice.
1. No Refunds Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind by the client
- Dissatisfaction with deliverables (unless covered under a separate warranty or acceptance clause in the SOW/contract)
- Project delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., delayed feedback, incomplete data, or access issues)
- Cancellation or termination of the project by the client
- Non-use of services or deliverables after delivery
Once payment is made (deposit, milestone, or full amount), it is considered earned for the work performed, resources allocated, expertise committed, and opportunity costs incurred.
2. Cancellation by Client
You may cancel a project or engagement at any time by providing written notice (email to info@vsolutionsinc.com or your assigned project contact).
However:
- Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund of amounts already paid.
- You remain responsible for paying all outstanding invoices, including any remaining milestones, final deliverables, or fees accrued up to the cancellation date.
- If cancellation occurs mid-project, we will deliver any completed work product up to that point (subject to full payment of due amounts).
- We reserve the right to retain all intellectual property, code, models, reports, or materials until all payments are cleared.
3. Cancellation or Termination by V Solutions Inc
We may suspend or terminate Services immediately, without refund, if:
- You fail to make payments when due
- You breach these Terms, the SOW/contract, or any project agreement
- You provide false/misleading information
- Continued work would violate laws, ethics, or our policies (e.g., misuse of AI for harmful purposes)
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and you remain liable for all unpaid fees.
4. Exceptions and Limited Cases
- If we are unable to deliver Services due to our fault (e.g., complete non-performance after full payment), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial credit or alternative resolution — but this is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.
- Any specific refund, warranty, or acceptance/rejection terms will be explicitly stated in your SOW, proposal, or contract. Those terms override this general policy in case of conflict.
- For subscription-based services (if introduced in future), separate terms will apply and be clearly disclosed at signup.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us immediately at info@vsolutionsinc.com with details. We will review promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of Services, additional fees, and potential legal action to recover costs.
6. Governing Law
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, consistent with our Terms and Conditions.
