What does V Solutions Inc actually do?
We're a hybrid technology delivery agency. We design and build AI, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, web, mobile, VDI, and digital marketing solutions for organizations of every size — from a discovery sprint through to production rollout and quarterly value reviews.
Where are you based?
Two offices: headquarters in Troy, Michigan (USA) and a delivery center in Hyderabad, India. We serve clients across North America (US, Canada) and globally with hybrid onshore + offshore squads on follow-the-sun cadence.
How long have you been operating?
V Solutions Inc was founded in 2022. The leadership team has 15–20+ years of combined experience across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, React, Python, .NET, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Citrix, and VMware.
What industries do you serve?
Healthcare, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, manufacturing, education, and professional services. Compliance experience includes HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.

How we structure the work.
How do you price projects?
Four models: fixed-price (defined scope, defined budget), time & materials (hourly rates, monthly invoiced), dedicated teams (full-time pods on retainer), and outcome-based (fees tied to KPIs you define at discovery). We recommend the model after a free 30-minute call.
What does "Starting from" pricing mean?
It's the entry price for a typical engagement at that scope — assumes a clean discovery, standard integrations, and no enterprise compliance overhead. Custom requirements (data migrations, multi-region deployments, regulated industries) are quoted after a written proposal.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Fixed-price projects end when the deliverable ships. Retainers are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We never lock clients into multi-year minimums.
What's included in the free discovery call?
30 minutes with a senior engineer or strategist. We'll ask about your goals, current stack, constraints, and timeline — and either propose a discovery sprint or, if we're not the right fit, refer you to someone who is.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — mutual NDAs are standard before any technical conversation. We can sign yours or send our template.
Do you offer payment terms?
Net-15 default for invoices, with extended terms (Net-30 / Net-45) available for enterprise engagements. Fixed-price projects are typically 50% on signature, 50% on delivery.

How we plan, build, and ship.
What's your delivery methodology?
The V-Framework: Vision (discovery + KPI mapping) → Velocity (engineering-led, two-week sprints) → Value (quarterly reviews against agreed metrics). It's a documented, repeatable approach we apply to every engagement. Read more on the V-Framework page.
How fast can you start?
Typical kickoff is within 7–14 days of contract signature. Discovery sprints often start the same week. Larger dedicated-team engagements may take 2–3 weeks to staff appropriately.
Do I get a dedicated team or a shared pool?
Both options are available. Dedicated teams are best for long-running products. Shared pool works for shorter scoped deliverables and lets you tap senior specialists you wouldn't keep full-time.
What's the typical project timeline?
Discovery: 2–4 weeks. MVP build: 6–12 weeks. Full production rollout: 3–6 months for most engagements. Larger transformations run 9–18 months with quarterly value reviews along the way.
How does onshore vs offshore work?
Strategy, architecture, client-facing work, and senior reviews happen onshore (Troy, MI). Engineering execution leverages our Hyderabad center for cost efficiency without losing quality. You get one combined team — not a handoff between two firms.
What tools do you use to keep us in the loop?
Slack or Teams for daily comms, Linear / Jira for issue tracking, GitHub / GitLab for code, and a shared dashboard with live KPIs. Weekly demos every Friday — no status reports, just working software.
Security & Compliance
How we keep your data safe.
Are you compliant with HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR?
Yes — we have direct project experience with all four frameworks. We can sign BAAs for HIPAA engagements, follow SOC 2 Type II controls, build PCI-scoped payment paths, and architect GDPR-compliant data residency on EU regions.
Where is client data hosted?
Wherever you require — AWS, Azure, GCP regions of your choice, or on-premises. We're cloud-agnostic; we'll architect to your data-residency, sovereignty, and latency requirements.
Who owns the IP we build together?
You do. Standard work-for-hire — all source code, documentation, and deliverables transfer to you on payment. We retain rights only to internal frameworks and tooling we developed before the engagement.
How do you handle credentials and secrets?
Per-environment secret managers (AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault) with role-based access. Never checked into Git. Never sent over Slack. Engineers get just-in-time access via SSO and lose it when the engagement ends.

Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes — three tiers: managed support (SLA-backed, monthly retainer), advisory (hourly bank for changes), or full ownership transfer to your in-house team with documentation + training. Pick what fits.
What time zones do you support?
Onshore team is US Eastern (UTC−5/−4). Hyderabad is IST (UTC+5:30). Together that's near-24-hour coverage — incidents get worked on while you sleep.
What's your incident-response time?
Default: 30-minute acknowledgment, 4-hour first-response on critical issues during business hours. 24/7 SLA available on managed-support retainers.
